Mistletoe and heather, Happy faces in blue summer weather. Popping bottles and Christmas cheer, Merrily smiling from ear to ear. Gift wrapped paper piled high under a tree. Next morn bits of paper, here and there. A little jingle here, and a little jingle there. Hip Hip hoorah! A kiss for me over here. No snowflakes or snowmen. No dog sleds or coats. Just our father bringing cheer to everyone at home. In the quite of the night, When the day is all but done in. A little more cheer, For the meat braaiing in the heat. Unto bed this night we go, With a ho-ho-ho until next year.
