Mr. Enrique R. Suarez was born in Lima, Peru, where he studied business administration and computer science while practicing competitive sports. During his staying in Peru, Mr. Suarez developed as well, a deeper understanding of the meaning of life, which he has carried on to his new home, the United States.
Mr. Suarez moved to the USA in 1980 to continue his undergraduate and graduate studies at Roxbury Community College, Roxbury, Massachusetts, (Educational Leadership), Seymour Papert Learning and Epistemology Group at M.I.T. (MI Theory and Technology in Education), the University of Massachusetts, Boston (B.A. Political Science/Education), and Harvard University, Cambridge, USA, (Master of Education and International Development).
Mr. Suarez completed his graduate studies in macroeconomics, international relations and public policy, international management (theory and practice), and national economic prosperity policies for emerging countries at the Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Mr. Suarez founded his Fourth Generation Leadership Management and National Economic Prosperity consulting firm upon his graduation from Harvard in 1990, to serve members of industry, government and education around the world.
Mr. Suarez has received several awards and recognition for his Fourth Generation Leadership Management quality work in Latin America, the USA, and the Middle East, including having been selected the Best Keynote Speaker (Education and Training) at the First Quality and Integrated Management Systems (QIMS) International Conference held in Beirut, Lebanon in 2001, and for his quality work at Al-Subeaei Industrial Group of Saudi Arabia. In addition, Mr. Suarez has written management and business articles for business magazines of Egypt and Norway, and he is a registered user of the Cluster Mapping Project at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, Harvard Business School, and a Smart Business FAU Member (Florida Atlantic University, Florida, USA).
